People say pitching wins ball games, while others say hitting or defense.  What you rarely hear, except from coaches who really understand winning is that base running wins and loses games.  Base running should be a BIG part of every practice.  The teams that run the bases the best usually end up the victors.  Don't get me wrong, pitching and hitting and defense are HUGE keys to victory, but if both teams have great hitters, great pitching and great defense, the team that has the best base running will win the game.  Please read and enjoy these fine tips here.
